How to Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and make it easy to delete your account and all associated data when you no longer wish to use QuizUp.

Option 1: Delete from the App

The simplest way to delete your account is directly through the QuizUp app:

  1. Open the QuizUp app on your device
  2. Go to Profile in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and select Delete Account
  5. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email:

By submitting this form, you confirm that you want to permanently delete your QuizUp account and all associated data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • All your personal information will be permanently removed from our servers
  • Your quiz history and results will be deleted
  • Your phone number will be removed from our database
  • You will no longer be able to access the QuizUp app with your account
  • This process cannot be reversed, and your data cannot be recovered
